On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 9, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, enlarged the appellant-respondent's time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 7, 2008, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 20, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "July 27, 2009".
