DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its order on application dated August 22, 2008, and its decision and order on motion dated December 5, 2008, in the above-entitled appeals which (1) enlarged the appellant's time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 15, 2008, and February 19, 2008, respectively, and (2) inter alia, granted a motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated February 15, 2008, and February 19, 2008, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated March 25, 2008, are amended by deleting from the preambles thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Westchester County".
