On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 22, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by Shmuel B. Klein, admitted as Shmuel Berel Klein, for reinstatement to the Bar, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the words "a disbarred attorney" and substituting therefor the words "a suspended attorney".
