It is Ordered that this second motion for a stay is again denied, without prejudice to renew with proof of ability to pay the arrears outstanding, now totaling $4,982.36. By order dated June 19, 2009, this court denied the stay without prejudice to renew with proof of ability to pay $4,000-. Now, over one and a half months later, additional rent has accrued and the movants still do not have the ability to pay the arrears outstanding.
