| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated December 4, 2008, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals and to stay all proceedings to adopt the subject children pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, inter alia, to stay all proceedings to adopt the subject children is granted to the extent that the finalization of the adoptions is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
