DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for Poor Person Relief
and to Assign New Counsel
Family Court

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 24, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated April 9, 2009, is amended by:

(1) adding thereto after the fifth decretal paragraph the following decretal paragraph:

"ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appeals are consolidated and the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further," and

(2) deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the word "nine" and substituting there for the word "eleven".
