| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Heavenly Vision Christian Center, Inc., and 106-07 Northern Boulevard Corp., for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 25, 2009, and to stay the sale, transfer or other disposition of the subject property located at 106-09 Northern Boulevard, Queens, New York, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay is granted, and the sale, transfer, or other disposition of the subject property located at 106-09 Northern Boulevard, Queens, New York, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or determination by the Supreme Court, Queens County, of the movants' pending motion, inter alia, for leave to intervene in the action.
