Motion by Regina Felton on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 31, 2007, and an amended order of the same court dated September 25, 2007, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order dated April 21, 2009, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 2, 2008, which was dismissed by decision and order also dated April 21, 2009, "for leave to appeal, to amend the [r]ecord to include the [t]ranscript, and to reargue."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
