Motion by the appellant, in effect, to restore to active status an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 4, 2005, which was deemed abandoned pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(f), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 12, 2009.
