On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 22, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 27, 2009, and June 23, 2009, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first and third paragraphs the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
