| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 1, 2009, and to continue the appellant's care and custody with the Administration for Children's Services pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the order is stayed, and the appellant's care and custody is continued with the Administration for Children's Services pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
