Application by the appellant, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 3, 2005, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court, dated March 30, 2006, assigning counsel, to reflect that the appellant also appeals, by permission, from an order of the same court dated September 18, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and order of assignment is deemed amended.
