In the Matter of Maryna Irkho, respondent,

v Ihar Irkho, appellant.

(Docket No. U-15979-07)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 22, 2008, inter alia, to waive the motion filing fee "[t]o examine the signature on the [r]espondent's brief," and "to strike the [r]espondent's brief unless she verifies her signature."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary, as the appellant was granted poor person relief by decision and order on motion dated April 8, 2009; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.

SKELOS, J.P., DICKERSON, BELEN and AUSTIN, JJ., concur.
