| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Ackleema Ally on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated December 2, 2008, which were dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 13, 2009, "to resettle [a certain] order, for summary judgment," for leave to appeal to this court from one of the orders, and to stay certain proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
