Application to withdraw an appeal by the appellant Laurence Beck from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 10, 2008.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties, dated July 20, 2009, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal by the appellant Laurence Beck, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal by the appellant Carol Anne Dow, is dismissed as abandoned, without costs or disbursements.
