ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 5, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by Regina Felton on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 31, 2007, and an amended order of the same court dated September 25, 2007, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order dated April 21, 2009, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 2, 2008, which was dismissed by decision and order also dated April 21, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption the words "Index No. 35718/04", and substituting therefor the words "Index No. 35178/04".
