| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 20, 2009, to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the record on appeal is enlarged to include the deeds annexed as exhibit B to the appellants' motion papers, the building permits annexed as exhibit C to the appellants' motion papers, the tax cards annexed as exhibit D to the appellants' motion papers, and the additional building permits and tax cards referenced in the appellants FOIL request annexed as exhibit E to the appellants' motion papers.
