ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated July 15, 2009, which granted applications by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 3, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 20, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "October 9, 2009".
