Appeal by Inge L. Mader from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 19, 2009. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, upon the certification of Gregory Gliedman, Esq., dated June 10, 2009, and upon the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Zvi Ostrin, Esq., is relieved and directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
