It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the enforcement of the June 23, 2009 order of the Civil Court - New York County - to and including September 9, 2009. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected for the November term, then the appellants may move for a continuation of the stay pending the determination of the appeal. Otherwise, the stay is vacated after September 9, 2009.
