| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Cardinal Holdings, Limited, and John V. Fabiani on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 23, 2009, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 22, 2009, respectively, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order dated June 22, 2009, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated June 22, 2009, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
