Motion by the respondent to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated May 4, 2009, as granted that branch of the appellants' motion which was to stay the appellants' eviction from premises located at 25 Finch Road, South Salem, and enjoined the respondent from transferring, alienating, or hypothecating the premises located at 25 Finch Road, South Salem, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated February 17, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
