Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 6, 2009, to stay any inquest or trial in the above-entitled action, and to stay the County Clerk of Kings County from transferring the court file to the County Clerk of Onondaga County, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
