Application by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 3, 2006, to substitute Geraldine Polo and Deborah Zayas, administrators of the estate of Geraldine Rini for the deceased plaintiff Geraldine Rini.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Geraldine Polo and Deborah Zayas, administrators of the estate of Geraldine Rini, are substituted for the deceased plaintiff Geraldine Rini, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
