Motion by Frank J. Stangel, individually and as executor of the estate of Catherine Stangel, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 28, 2008, and appeals from two orders of the same court entered May 7, 2009, and May 19, 2009, respectively, to stay Zhi Dan Chen and Yuen Liang, or others acting on their behalf, from, inter alia, encumbering or selling certain real property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order entered May 19, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
