DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 10, 2008, April 28, 2008, and September 22, 2008, respectively, a judgment of the same court also dated April 10, 2008, an amended money judgment of the same court dated May 2, 2008, and an amended order of the same court also dated May 2, 2008, to direct the Westchester County Office of the Commissioner of Finance to release an undertaking posted by the appellant pursuant to a decision and order on motion of this court dated December 22, 2008, to the Westchester County Department of Social Services Child Support Collection Unit.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Westchester County Office of the Commissioner of Finance is directed to release the sum of $27,200, which was deposited as an undertaking pursuant to a decision and order of this court dated December 22, 2008, together with all accrued interest, less any appropriate and statutory fees due to the Westchester County Office of the Commissioner of Finance, to the Westchester County Department of Social Services Child Support Collection Unit by check payable to that agency.
