Motion by New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, operator of Elmhurst Hospital Center Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 5, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it si further,
ORDERED that New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, operator of Elmhurst Hospital Center Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program, shall perfect the appeal on or before October 5, 2009.
