appeal is granted on condition that tenants-appellants: 1- pay to the petitioner, at their attorney's office, the May, June, July and August u & o; 2- continue to pay accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $2,924.72 per month, without prejudice ; and 3- perfect their appeal by the November 2009 term - the filing deadline is September 9, 2009. The prior order of this court is modified accordingly.
