It is Ordered that the appellant's motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction to and including September 9, 2009. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the August and September 2009 use and occupancy [ $1,500- per month ] has been tendered to the petitioners, without prejudice, at the petitioner's attorney's office, then the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay pending the perfected appeal. Otherwise, the warrant may be enforced after September 9, 2009.
