| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Meyers Building, LLC, from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 2, 2009, and dated June 29, 2009, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this court dated August 3, 2009, enforcement of so much of the order dated June 29, 2009, as directed the appellant to post a bond in the sum of $75,000 as a condition for obtaining injunctive relief was stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition, inter alia, that on or before August 14, 2009, the appellant post a bond in the sum of $50,000.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion dated June 29, 2009, is vacated.
