Motion by Stratos George on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated December 23, 2008, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion to dismiss the appeal by Pamela Grace Demian on the ground that it was not timely taken, which was denied by decision and order on motion dated July 30, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
