DECISION
On the court's own motion, the appeal by tenants-appellants from the order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Anthony J. Fiorella, J.), entered February 10, 2009, is dismissed.
The record indicates that a final judgment was entered on February 26, 2009 pursuant to a stipulation of settlement. The right of direct appeal from the intermediate order entered on February 10, 2009 terminated with the entry of the final judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 242 [1976]). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
