| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file an amended notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 21, 2009, to correct the city where the office of respondent's attorney is located, which is missing from the notice of appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal is deemed corrected to indicate that the office of respondent's attorney is located in Garden City (see CPLR 2001).
