It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 17, 2009 is hereby amended by deleting the date August 14, 2009 and inserting in its place the date September 15, 2009, and the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 10, 2009 is hereby amended by deleting the date September 18, 2009 and inserting in its place the date October 15, 2009.
