Motion by the appellant for leave to cite to the appendix filed in connection with appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated January 13, 2009, in a brief to be filed in connection with an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 8, 2009, to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's brief to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated July 8, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-06911), can cite to the appendix filed in connection with appeals from the orders dated January 13, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-02206 and 2009-02214); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
