| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 17, 2008, and October 2, 2008, respectively, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record or appendix, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until September 29, 2009, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record or appendix is denied with leave to renew when the appellants file their record or appendix; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied.
