(Docket No. F-02162-00)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Fernando Rivera from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 7, 2009. By decision and order on motion dated June 4, 2009, the appellant was given until July 31, 2009, to perfect the appeal.
