St. Margaret's House HDFC v Hope, Joshua
It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition. The stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction is continued through October 13, 2009, to afford the respondent-appellant a final opportunity to perfect the appeal. If perfected by said date, the appellant may move for a further continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be executed after said date and the petitioner may renew their application to dismiss the appeal for failure to diligently prosecute.
