It is Ordered that the petitioner-respondent's motion to vacate the stay is granted. The appellant has failed to comply with the order of this court requiring the payment of arrears and the prompt perfection of the appeal. Any application for a reinstatement of the stay must be accompanied with proof of the deposit of the arrears outstanding [$5,175.00] with the Clerk of the Civil Court.
