ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by Wilson DeJesus from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 28, 2009. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Patricia Martin-Gibbons, Esq., dated August 21, 2009, it is
