Motion by Donald Coon for leave to reargue his prior motion to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion dated March 31, 2009, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 2, 2008, and so much of a decision and order on motion also dated March 31, 2009, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the same court dated December 24, 2008, and to reinstate the appeals. The prior motion was determined by a decision and order on motion dated June 15, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
