It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is denied. The appellant has failed to comply with the interim order of this Court requiring the payment of $500- to the landlord. This sum is only a fraction of the arrears outstanding at this time [ $3,489.28 ]. Accordingly, the interim stay is vacated.
