| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants-respondents on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 29, 2009, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief and, in effect, for leave to file a supplemental brief responding to the brief filed by the appellants.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and the respondents' brief submitted to the Clerk of the court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' shall serve and file a supplemental brief responding to the brief filed by the appellants and responding to the respondents' brief on or before September 24, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before October 9, 2009.
