Motion by the appellants to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 29, 2008, pending determination of appeals from seven orders of the same court dated January 27, 2009, February 18, 2009, March 9, 2009 (two orders), June 10, 2009 (two orders), and May 5, 2009, and two judgments of the same court dated March 27, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the order entered October 29, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-10785), held in abeyance pending determination of the related appeals, docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-01582, et al.
