DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Polina Mullayeva pro se for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 25, 2009, and for poor person relief, the assignment of counsel, and to assign an attorney for the subject child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for poor person relief, the assignment of counsel, and to assign an attorney for the subject child are denied as academic.
