Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 8, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to purge her contempt in accordance with the order dated July 8, 2009, is extended until September 17, 2009.
