On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 26, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the appellants on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 19, 2008, and an order of the same court dated January 23, 2009, is amended by adding thereto after the second decretal paragraph the following:
"ORDERED that the appellants time to perfect the appeal from the order dated January 23, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02632), is enlarged until November 9, 2009; and it is further,"
