Motion by the appellants-respondents to be relieved of the requirement to pay one-half the cost of the joint record on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 18, 2009, and, in effect, for leave to perfect their appeal on their own appendix.
