Appeal by Luis Zhangui from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 3, 2006. By order to show cause dated July 14, 2009, the parties were directed to show cause before this court why the appeal should not be dismissed as abandoned for failing to comply with the decision and order on motion dated May 13, 2009.
Upon the order to show cause and no papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion dated July 21, 2009.
