| CISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to be provided with a copy of the transcript of the grand jury proceedings on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated December 17, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before September 29, 2009, the appellant shall provide the respondent's counsel with a copy of the transcript of the grand jury proceedings; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 13, 2009, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
